The constitutionality of portions of this bill is highly questionable. It is the Supreme Court's job to decide whether portions or all of this bill is constitutional. Congress may have voted for it, but if you remember, per most of the polls I saw a large percentage of the people, whom Congress is supposed to represent, were against it. We need both parties to look into doing practical health care reform. I feel if anybody should resign for "not representing the citizens of their country" it is the representatives that so obviously ignored their constituants. Hopefully the people will speak, with their votes, loud and clear in November.Maureenhttp://att.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2004746639033035482.post-55876055736522309882012-05-13T21:31:45.428-04:002012-05-13T21:31:45.428-04:00There are so many U.S. citizens currently, or with...There are so many U.S. citizens currently, or within the next 2 years, relying on the benefits of this life-saving healthcare overhaul, that I cannot envision a single U.S. Justice of the Supreme Court attempting to grab hold of an eraser and cancel even one small portion of what was legitimately passed by the U.S. Congress. IF one of them voted to repeal any part, or all of this plan, they should shamefully remove themselves from the Court immediately, for NOT representing the citizens of their country.Michaelnoreply@blogger.com
